Logistic and Inventory Manager

Employer: North American Interpipe, Inc.
Worksite: 1800 West Loop South, Suite 1350, Houston, TX 77027
Offered wage: $130,000.00 / Year

JOB DUTIES:
  • Help prepare shipping and customs documentation using the IT Enterprise ERP system.
  • Monitor product transportation and delivery to both local and international customers.
  • Help optimize logistics routes to reduce financial costs and improve delivery times.
  • Process and execute approved payments for logistics and inventory-related services.
  • Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies throughout the logistics chain.
  • Coordinate and act as liaison between the Ukrainian production team and the U.S. outside and inside sales personnel.
  • Conduct logistics cost analyses to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Handle customer complaints and order cancellations related to transportation and delivery, and address discrepancies in commercial service billing.
  • Record transportation and delivery transactions in the inventory management and IT Enterprise ERP systems.
  • Reconcile actual material counts with accounting and internal inventory systems in IT Enterprise RLP.
  • Coordinate inventory reconciliation between IT Enterprise RLP-Port (Ukraine/Europe) and production facilities in Ukraine.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, documentation requirements, and import/export controls.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Logistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, plus two (2) years of experience as a logistician or supply chain manager in the international oil and gas infrastructure field.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must include two (2) years of experience with:
 - in the transportation of oil and gas infrastructure equipment, with a focus on logistics between Ukraine, Europe and the United States;
 - IT Enterprise ERP system to prepare and oversee shipping and customs documentation, inventory and logistics;
 - monitoring international customs compliance and documentation;
 - reconciling inventory discrepancies;
 - strong understanding of freight regulations, customs compliance, and international trade laws;
 - ability to analyze complex logistics and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Foreign language proficiency in Russian and Ukrainian required.
